C-Safe Extended Warranty

1.C-Safe Extended Warranty (EW) facility is provided by Celekt Gadgets LLP on purchase of C-Safe Silver Card / Platinum Card.

2.C-Safe EW comes into effect after the end of the regular one year warranty provided by Original Manufacturer. C-Safe EW covers only those aspects covered by the regular manufacturer warranty of the product in the initial year. C-Safe EW does not cover Physical and Liquid damaged problems.

3.C-Safe EW is applicable only for Handset, phone accessories are not covered in EW Plan.

4.Customer can submit his phone for repair at any Celekt Store by producing C-Safe EW Membership Card. C-Safe EW provides services through Celekt Care of Celekt Gadgets LLP.

5.Customer can walk in to any Celekt Store for EW Services, by producing EW membership card, Customer can avail services during EW period.EW Services shall be rendered to the registered IMEI number only.

6.Upon submitting the device for repair at any Celekt Store, Customer will get Jobsheet with compliant ID, customer can track the status of device till repair completion.

7.Celekt Care is the only service center authorized to provide C-Safe Services. In the event that any part needs to be replaced, spare parts provided by Celekt Care will only be used.

1.C-Safe EW comes into effect aer the end of the regular one year warranty provided by Original Manufacturer. C-Safe EW will remain into force for 12 months from date Standard warranty expired. C-Safe EW covers only general defects and funconal failure of registered IMEI number.

2.C-Safe EW does not cover wear and tear, defects or damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unusual physical damage, liquid damage, cosmetic damages, unauthorised modification of the product, including any change or enhancement in colour, texture or finish.

3.Non-operating and cosmetic damages to the product, routine maintenance, cleaning, adjustments or alignments are not covered in C-Safe EW.

4.Damages resulting from power outage, power surge or dips, fluctuating voltage or current, damages caused by unauthorised repair and service are not covered in C-Safe EW.

5.Products serviced at any other service center other than the service centers authorised by their respective brands during their warranty period will not be eligible for C-Safe EW.

6.Celekt Gadgets LLP shall not be liable for any failure in service as a result of Celekt or its employees being delayed, prevented or hindered in the performance of its obligation under this EW by reasons of any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such circumstances include, but are not limited to fire, flood, act of God, change in law and regulations, and civil disorder.

7.The product brought to the Celekt Store will remain at Celekt Store at Customer's risk and Celekt shall not be held responsible for any damages caused due to factors beyond its control.

8.The Customer shall be responsible for backing up and otherwise protecng its data against loss, damage or destrucon. Celekt shall not be liable for the loss of any data howsoever caused, incurred while Celekt provision of the EW

9.C-Safe EW is non-transferable, no cancellation or refund is available.

10.C-Safe EW available only to Indian Citizens must be registered at the Celekt Store within 90 days from the date of product purchased.

11.Customer has to confirm that the particulars like name and address mentioned in the C-Safe EW is same as per his/her authorised identity card. Any difference of personal details in both Identity Card in the C-Safe EW will result in rejection of the claim

12.In the Event of phone is beyond repairable condition, C-Safe EW reserves the right to buy out the phone at depreciated cost as below and as per the current market prevailing price.  The same can be redeemed to the fullest extent on making new purchase.

13.During the manufacture warranty period of the product, the customer can claim the same from the authorised service centers of the respective brands.  The C-Safe EW period is within 366 to 730 days from the date of purchase.  During this period, the customer can claim the warranty at any Celekt Store.

14.All the legal complaints/disputes will come under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.
